Agriculture and Environment Awareness Center (AEAC) organized “Water Conservation Discussion” (Jal Sambhal Goshti) at Akal Degree College, Mastuana Sahib on 29 May 2022. Speaking during this occasion Bibi Harbir Kaur, assistant professor at Mata Gujari College, Fatehgarh Sahib presented a brief overview of Water availability on the earth and in various regions across the globe. She also discussed situation of water use in various sectors (agriculture, industrial and household) and gave brief overview of ground water extraction in Indian subcontinent.
